2017-2018 Liberty Heights Preschool Registration Form (School Year: August 28, 2017-May 17, 2018)
Please use this form to register your child(ren) for the 2017-2018 school year at Liberty Heights Preschool.
Registrations are taken first come, first served, and are automatically date and time stamped. Each child must be registered separately.
We will NOT accept registrations submitted by families who do not currently have a child enrolled at Liberty Heights Preschool or on our waiting list during our priority registration period (Jan. 4-17, 2017).
Anyone who does not qualify for priority registration but registers during that priority registration period will forfeit their child(ren)’s registration fee.

*These are mixed 2’s classes, which could include a mixture of older and younger 2-year-olds.
**Students MUST be 2 and 6 months by Sept. 30, 2017 (turning 3 by or before Mar. 31, 2018) to qualify for this class.

Registration fees are due at the time of registration in order to hold a spot for your child and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you want to pay in person choose PAY WITH CASH OR CHECK IN PERSON option below. Payment must be received within 1 preschool business day of online registration being submitted.
LHP Office Hours: M-Th, 9AM-4PM Your child’s registration will be forfeited if payment is not received within one preschool business day of registration being submitted online.
Upon completing your child’s online registration you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not, your child’s registration has not been submitted to the LHP office.
1st child is $75.00. Each subsequent child is $50 per child (each child & payment to be made separately). This application process only accepts Debit or Check cards (no credit cards accepted).  *
